BED CONFIGURATIONS

RATES INCLUDES :

•	Room Rates are inclusive of Complimentary Buffet Breakfast.
•	Rates for extra Bed is with 1 breakfast and rates for mattress is without breakfast.
•	Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

•	Rates valid until 01 January 2010.
•	All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
•	Rates for Weekend are applicable for checking in on Fridays & Saturdays.
•	Rates for Peak Seasons are applicable during Peak Seasons as shown below.
•	Rates is not applicable during Formula One Period from 03 to 05 April 2009.
•	Rates during Formula 1 shall apply.
•	Extra bed are chargeable at RM40.00 nett per bed per night with one buffet breakfast.
•	Extra mattresses are chargeable at RM23.00 nett per mattress per night without breakfast.
•	No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent with existing bedding.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

•	A total charges of the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

•	Electronic keycard locking system, individual air-conditioning unit, hot water shower, IDD telephone & 21 “ Color TV for all rooms.
•	“CASANOVA KAFE” available at ground floor open for breakfasts daily from 7.00 am till 10.30 am, evenings from 5pm till 1.00 am serving snacks and drinks.
•	Ample complimentary car parking spaces both open and covered.
•	Secretarial services upon request at front office.
•	24 hours security, safe deposit box and foreign exchange upon request at Reception.
